Looks like you had the same issue I had: ringing in. It’s kind of like a big video game, isn’t it? The ones who get the hang of ringing in right when those lights go on, not a split second before or after, are the ones who pull ahead. I could tell you knew the answers to so many questions that you never got to ring in on. Same thing happened to me: I kept getting “locked out.”
But then, of course, I had my moment where I bet everything on a Daily Double with less than a minute to go in the game and lost it all. (On a Judds question! I don’t know from the Judds! If it had been a Tammy Wynette question, I’d have gotten it.) Still, you looked good, you bantered very well with Alex, and you played well.
Did you get a box full of Centrum, Flintsones vitamins, etc., as I did? I also got coupons for free bottles of Pompeiian Olive Oil. And I still have my hand-held electronic Jeopardy game around here somewhere. And of course I’ll always have my framed picture of Alex and myself as a lasting photo-giraffic pimiento (as Bozo used to say) of the occasion.
I hope you had fun. Good job, Sara.
