  1. Did you ever wonder how Jamie could be a teacher and government operative at the same time? If I was out sick for more than a few days, parents would be complaining to the principal. I just don’t see how she could go off fighting Sasquatch and maintain a class room. The Bionic hearing would’ve come in handy though.

She had that classroom control thing down pat. All she had to do was tear that phone book in half and they were scared to death of her from then on.

What did she teach, anyway? Bionics 101?

    Anatomy, of course.

Did SHE actually face Sasquatch? I remember Steve Austin’s run through the weird spinning tunnel to meet him.

Yes! According to the Wikipedia entry, there was a two-part episode on the Bionic Woman in which Steve and Jaime teamed up against Bigfoot.

I did not realize that the Bionic Woman was cancelled by ABC after one season and then immediately picked up by NBC for its second (and only other) season. This means that the actor who played Oscar was portraying the same character on two different shows on two different networks at the same time. It was on NBC that the Bionic Dog was introduced. If the show hadn’t jumped the shark by then, it certainly jumped with the addition of the Bionic Dog.

I wonder if Steve Austin will make any appearances on the new show?
